1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 8ee8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8ee8 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply alongside the 8ee8 Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games or promotions, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. 8ee8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 8ee8 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 8ee8 strictly does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21.
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 8ee8 or any of its associated companies or software providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 8ee8 or any other gambling platform where such exclusion remains active.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

8ee8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player are void and will not be paid out.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 8ee8 Platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 8ee8 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the provision of inaccurate information.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, 8ee8 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other time at our discretion. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence. Proof of address may also be requested.

3.3 One Account Per Household

Only one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted. Accounts found to be operated from the same household or device may be flagged for review and may be subject to withdrawal restrictions pending investigation.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 8ee8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 8ee8 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Contact the support team at [email protected] as soon as possible in such circumstances.

8ee8 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where there is a reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All transactions on the 8ee8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 8ee8 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Before any withdrawal is processed, 8ee8 may require completion of identity verification as set out in Section 3.2. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to verification status.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

8ee8 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregular activity. Any funds associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8ee8 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Currency conversion costs are not borne by 8ee8.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

8ee8 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed identity verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 8ee8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms, placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 8ee8 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, etc.). These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall govern with respect to that game or market.

7.1 Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international ODI series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are subject to the sporting body's official results. 8ee8 reserves the right to void or suspend any market where there is evidence of match irregularity, a technical error, or an event cancellation. Settlement will be based on the official result at the conclusion of the event, or at the point of suspension where applicable.

7.2 Casino and Slots

All casino games on the 8ee8 Platform are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcomes of all games are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. 8ee8 is not responsible for any malfunction of software supplied by third-party providers beyond what is required by fair play certification obligations.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, game malfunction, or technical failure — 8ee8 reserves the right to void all affected bets and wagers. Winnings generated as a result of a manifest error are not valid and will not be paid out. 8ee8 will notify affected players as promptly as reasonably practicable.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8ee8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting corruption.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or any attempt to reverse a legitimate deposit transaction after wagering has occurred.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform software.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent responsible gaming limits, account bans, or bonus restrictions.
• Impersonating another player or providing false identity information.
• Any conduct that 8ee8 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8ee8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 8ee8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of 8ee8.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8ee8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 8ee8's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers or payment processors.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 8ee8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 8ee8's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

8ee8 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment and actively promotes responsible gaming across the Platform. Gambling should be enjoyed as a form of entertainment. Upon receiving a closure request, 8ee8 will process any outstanding legitimate withdrawal requests to your registered payment method before closing the account, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification requirements.

8ee8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Ineligibility of the player as set out in Section 2.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 8ee8 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

8ee8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, 8ee8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by email or via a notification on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 8ee8 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and transparency.

In the event of a dispute between you and 8ee8, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. The support team will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

All disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted outside this period may not be accepted.
